IF YOU ARE AN EXISTING PATIENT:

Several excellent physicians are covering Dr. Nerman’s patients. They will be at our office at 1748 Novato Boulevard, Suite 100, Novato 94947.

To book an appointment with Dr. Jasmine Constanzo, go to her website, www.jasmineomm.com. Dr. Constanzo will be in the office on TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS.

To book an appointment with Dr. Susan Boudakian, who is also a board-certified pediatrician, click here and then click on Dr. Boudakian’s picture. Dr. Boudakian will be in the office on WEDNESDAYS.

ONLINE BOOKING WEIRDNESS:

Both Dr. Constanzo and Dr. Nerman/Boudakian use “JANE” online booking. Drs. Nerman/Boudakian are on the same account. Because of various JANE requirements, Dr. Constanzo has a separate account from Drs.Nerman/Boudakian.

For a reason that is known only to JANE, patients also are required to have a separate “username” for each account. All the other info, including the passwords, can be the same across both accounts. VERY annoying, but this is the way of the world.

I recommend that if you used your email address as a “username” for one, use everything before the “@“ as your username for the second. Less chance of confusion and brain explosion.

Example. Username for Jasmine: imgreat@gmail.com. Username for Nerman/Boudakian: imgreat.

That’s the way we got it to work.
